| Abstract: | The operation of the railway system for transporting construction materials in Ukraine takes place amid dynamic changes in the parameters of the transport process, including shipment volumes, infrastructure availability, and route configurations. These changes are irregular in nature and necessitate prompt adjustments to decisions regarding the organization of transport operations. |
