Anti-crisis management of an enterprise in war conditions: challenges and implementation model

Abstract

In today's conditions of multidimensional instability – economic, social, energy and regulatory – enterprises have found themselves in a zone of increased risk. Their activities directly affect the quality of life of the population, the functioning of the country's infrastructure and economy as a whole, social stability and economic growth of territorial communities [1]. At the same time, most enterprises face a chronic shortage of financing, wear and tear of the material and technical base, unprofitability of tariffs, personnel problems and the lack of systemic risk management. In conditions of war, a real challenge for domestic enterprises has become maintaining their operational stability and preserving production potential.
