Low-altitude economy as a new paradigm of spatial and industrial development

Abstract

In the contemporary architecture of post-industrial development, the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) is conceptualized as an integrated system of macroeconomic processes, advanced technologies, and regulatory institutions oriented toward the commercialization and comprehensive utilization of low-altitude airspace (primarily within the range of 1000–3000 meters). From the perspective of neo-economic geography and the theory of open innovation, LAE transforms the traditionally passive aerial environment into an active production resource and a sovereign infrastructural platform.
