| Abstract: | In modern telecommunication systems, particularly in cognitive radio environments, improving the interference robustness of signal transmission requires the formation of complex signal ensembles with controlled correlation and spectral characteristics. One promising approach is the use of time-domain permutations, which modify the correlation structure of signals without significantly affecting their energy properties. However, the effectiveness of such methods strongly depends on the parameters of time-domain segmentation, particularly the length of the time segments. |
