| Abstract: | In cognitive telecommunication systems, the efficiency of information transmission largely depends on the correlation, energy, and structural properties of complex signal ensembles. The formation of such ensembles requires multi-objective optimization methods capable of minimizing mutual signal correlation, reducing side-lobe levels, and maintaining structural balance under dynamic interference conditions. |
