| Abstract: | The use of identification devices by number plates is necessary for solving actual problems to railway transport units, since rolling stock numbers contain important information for domestic and interstate transportation. The numbers of wagons allow to monitor the movement of goods and to find unaccounted transport units. Wagon numbers allow to perform the general communication between railway enterprises. |
