Роль ділового етикету у підвищенні економічної безпеки підприємства

UA: У статті розглянуті питання розвитку ділового етикету в сучасному бізнес-просторі: зміст ділового етикету, принципи і правила, функції і напрями уніфікації ділового етикету. Показано, що дотримання правил ділового етикету сприяє продуктивному веденню бізнесу і стимулює зростання прибутку, тобто підвищує економічну безпеку підприємства. У теж час не дотримання або не чітке дотримання правил ділового етикету знижує економічну безпеку підприємства і може привести до недоцільності розвитку усього бізнесу. Акцентується увага на тому, що в сучасному суспільстві практично ніякі дипломатичні, політичні, культурні, економічні і інші відношення не можуть бути вільні від норм етикету. EN: In the article the questions of development of business etiquette are considered in modern business-space. Etiquette, as manner, method to behave in society, is irreplaceable at the conclusion of business contracts and for maintenance of the business relationships counted on the protracted prospect. Underline, that principles and rules of business etiquette allow to avoid the undesirable errors of business commonunication, promotes economic security of enterprise. It is shown that the observance of rules of business productive business and stimulates the height of income. In too time a not observance or not clear observance of rules of business etiquette reduces business profitability and can result in pointlessness of his development. Attention is accented on that in modern society practically no diplomatic, political, cultural, economic and other relations can be free of norms of etiquette. An observance of business etiquette is obligatory for any respecting itself company, especially if she has business solid partners and clients, expecting a corresponding relation; gives the resource of favorable image at negotiations even for a company that only enters on the stage of large transactions and serious negotiations; provides the loyal relation of men of weight and companies.
