Удосконалення технології роботи прикордонної передавальної станції в умовах різної ширини колії

Abstract

UA: Розглянуто актуальні питання, пов’язані із скороченням часу знаходження вагонів на прикордонних переходах, а саме між державами, що мають різну ширину колії. Запропоновано моделі, що відображають графіки обробки поїздів на прикордонній станції при використанні різних способів зміни ширини колії та дають можливість оцінити переваги та недоліки, простежити вузькі місця та виявити лімітуючі ланки при запровадженні кожного із розглянутих способів.

EN: The topical issues connected with the reduction of time of staying of cars on boundary transitions, especially between the states having the different width of a track are considered. The elimination of the reasons causing the increase in the time spent by cars at border stations is one of the questions which are repeatedly mentioned and considered in the course of improvement of work of the railway transport. In the article the models reflecting schedules of processing of trains at border stations using various ways of changing track’s width are offered. The models give the opportunity to estimate advantages and disadvantages, to trace the bottlenecks and to reveal the limiting links during the introduction of each of the considered ways. The application of these models of processing of the train will allow to trace and to estimate all the process which is carried out at station with train with to organize the higher qualified work of customs and border control services having reduced the duration of the processing of documents.
