Шляхи активізації інноваційно-інвестиційних процесів розвитку підприємств залізничної галузі

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена вирішенню проблем пошуку шляхів залучення інвестицій у розвиток підприємств залізничної галузі. Доведено важливу роль залізничного транспорту в системі транспортних комунікацій України та його провідну роль у здійсненні внутрішньо- та зовнішньодержавних економічних зв’язків. Проаналізовано існуючі форми та джерела інвестування підприємств залізниць України, визначено роль та завдання інноваційно-інвестиційних систем на шляху активізації інвестиційних процесів на залізничному транспорті.

EN: The article is devoted to the decision of problems of search of investments bringing ways in development of enterprises of railway industry. The important role of railway transport in the system of transport communications of Ukraine and its leading role in realization of domestic and international economic connections is well-proven. Existent forms and sources of Ukraine railways enterprises investing are analysed, role and task of innovative investment systems on the way of activation of investment processes on railway transport are certained. Measures which have a decision value for activation of investment processes in industry are certained: strengthening of the state role in providing of investment process; concentration of investment resources (state and sectorial) and their rational use at the key trends of innovative development of railway transport; improvement of programming tasks of the comprehensive structural rebuilding of economy of industry; realization of coordination of investors activity directions and application of new market charts and mechanisms of their participating in investing of the innovative programs and projects; creation of favourable investment climate on the railway transport for domestic and foreign investments in all spheres; activation of commercial banks work on bringing in of population money economies due to upgrading service and grant of row of additional credit services with the purpose of increase of financial operations volume at the investment market of industry and others.
