Логістичні технології як фактор забезпечення якості обслуговування споживачів транспортних послуг

Abstract

UA: У статті обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження логістичних технологій на транспорті для забезпечення якості обслуговування споживачів транспортних послуг. Визначено, що ефективне використання логістичних технологій і раціональне планування виробництва та збуту є одними з основних чинників конкурентних переваг для підприємств. Також визначено, що вирішення проблеми ефективності розподілу товарів і підвищення рівня якості обслуговування споживачів послуг транспорту в ринкових умовах тісно пов’язано з проблемою якості послуг. Якість логістичного сервісу визначається надійністю поставки, повним часом з моменту отримання замовлення до завершення поставки, можливістю вибору способу доставки, часом на здійснення замовлення, наявністю запасів, можливістю надання кредитів та знижок, тривалістю виконання вантажних операцій та простоїв в очікуванні розвантаження, інтервалами прибуття, необхідною кількістю транспортних засобів тощо. EN: The article substantiates necessity of introduction logistic technologies in transport for maintenance quality of service for transport services consumers. It is determined that effective use of logistic technologies and rational planning of production and sales are among the main factors for competitive advantages at enterprises. The main functions of transport logistics at enterprises are also highlighted, and importance of integrating function in the modern conditions of development is substantiated. In the article were made locks that transport and logistics systems are a means of integrating the domestic transport complex into international transport and logistics systems by ensuring their effective interaction; satisfies the needs of consumers of transport and logistics services through the harmonization of their interests with the interests of all participants of the transport and distribution process; promotes the implementation of an effective transport policy based on the rational allocation of investment funds from the state and the private sector; creates a flexible tariff policy for various types of transport in order to increase transit freight flows through the territory of Ukraine on the basis of the formation of optimal delivery schemes. It is also determined that the solution of the problem of the efficiency of distribution of goods and improving the quality of service of consumers of transport services in market conditions is closely linked to the problem of service quality.
