UA: Сформовано комплексний підхід до формування механізму забезпечення кадрової складової економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту. Виявлено вплив сучасних факторів впливу кадрової складової на забезпечення економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту. Приведено схему загроз кадрової складової економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту. Встановлено, що система економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту повинна формуватися з урахуванням сучасних соціальних змін в суспільстві. Виявлено напрямки, які орієнтовані, на забезпечення кадрової складової економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту. Встановлено перелік основних завдань по вдосконалення кадрової безпеки залізничного транспорту. EN: One of issues of the day on the modern stage of development of economy of country from positions of economic security there is direction of management a personnel. This direction of providing of economic security is included in one of her constituents - skilled constituent.
