UA: У статті визначені і обґрунтовані поняття: "стійкість розвитку", "стійкий розвиток підприємства", "нестійкий розвиток підприємства". Категорія "нестійкий розвиток підприємства" розкриває систему стосунків між діючими суб'єктами господарювання, сприяє вдосконаленню їх форм зв'язків з приводу забезпечення стійкості і безпеки соціально-економічної системи в цілому. У статті розглянуті принципи управління нестійким розвитком, яких необхідно дотримуватися для прийняття правильних управлінських рішень. Визначено чинники впливу на розвиток будівельного підприємства транспортного будівельного комплексу, дія яких призводить до переходу будівельного підприємства зі шляху нестійкого на шлях стійкого розвитку, який забезпечує їх конкурентоспроможність.
