Abstract

UA: В статті зазначено, що світовий ринок логістичних послуг в умовах зростаючого впливу глобальної нестабільності характеризується високою залежністю від динаміки розвитку суміжних, взаємопов’язаних та взаємодоповнюючих галузей економіки у різних країнах світу. Проаналізовано зміни в транспортній логістиці, які відповідають реаліям сьогодення в різних країнах світу. Визначено основні передумови розвитку логістичного ринку. Виділено основні тренди транспортно-логістичного сервісу в сучасних умовах. RU: В статье указано, что мировой рынок логистических услуг в условиях растущего влияния глобальной нестабильности характеризуется высокой зависимостью от динамики развития смежных, взаимосвязанных и взаимодополняющих отраслей экономики в разных странах мира. Проанализированы изменения в транспортной логистике, которые соответствуют реалиям в разных странах мира. Определены основные предпосылки развития логистического рынка. Выделены основные тренды транспортно-логистического сервиса в современных условиях. EN: The article notes that the world market of logistics services in the context of the growing influence of global instability is characterized by a high dependence on the dynamics of development of related, interrelated and complementary sectors of the economy in different countries of the world. The changes in transport logistics, which correspond to the realities of today in the world, have been analyzed in the article. The main prerequisites for the development of the logistics market have been determined. The main market trends of transport and logistics services in modern conditions have been highlighted. The authors include to them next trends: digitalization of operational and contractual processes; changes in international trade and growth in containerized freight traffic; use of intelligent transport systems and dynamic development of software solutions; changes in the production system at enterprises; The 7R rule; compliance with the principles of sustainable logistics; creation of integration networks of logistics centers, unification of transport and logistics companies into alliances. The emphasis is made on the fact that the last of the listed trends is system-forming in terms of the development of logistics services. To coordinate the activities of all types of transport, industry and the effective development of regions of Ukraine, it is necessary to create a logistics system based on regional distribution logistics centers, which will become points of growth for our country. It was noted that the effective implementation of projects in the field of logistics and transport should provide for the use of public-private partnership mechanisms. The possibilities of public-private partnership in the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine will contribute to economic growth, attracting investment, creating a modern infrastructure, and strengthening the competitive advantages of our state in the global logistics market.
