Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена поняттю «логістична система», розглянуто її складові елементи, характерні властивості, ознаки та види. Вивчено роботи сучасних зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених у цій галузі, розроблений алгоритм планування і проектування логістичної системи на основі аналізу та прогнозування певних економічних показників. Доведено, що основні завдання та функції механізму управління логістичною системою підприємства є актуальними питаннями сьогодення.

EN: The article is devoted to the concept "logistic system", its constituent elements, characteristic properties, characteristics and types are considered. The purpose of the article is to study and generalize the concept of "logistic system", its types, features and elements. The boundaries of the logistics system are determined by the cycle of circulation of means of production. For a stable functioning of the system, the prioritization of production, sales and distribution planning is of prime importance. To determine the optimal logistics system, it is necessary to develop the project. Designing and planning logistics system should begin with a comprehensive assessment of the current situation. In general, the design process is divided into three generalized stages: pre-project preparation (analytical stage), project activity and implementation of the project. The operation of the logistics system is possible provided that the required amount of information is obtained, and the information flow system needs to be improved. The development of logistics systems at enterprises contributes to the growth of financial potential and will facilitate further development.
