Oцінка стратегічної привабливості підприємства в умовах здійснення інтеграційних процесів

Abstract

UA: У статті обґрунтовано необхідність використання стратегічного підходу до формування і розвитку інтегрованих структур на основі оцінки стратегічної привабливості підприємств-учасників. Дано визначення поняття стратегічної привабливості підприємства щодо включення його до складу інтегрованої структури. Запропоновано і обґрунтовано систему внутрішніх і зовнішніх характеристик діяльності підприємства для оцінки його стратегічної привабливості в умовах здійснення інтеграційних процесів. EN: In article need of use of a strategic campaign to formation and development of the integrated structures on the basis of assessment of strategic appeal of the participating enterprises is proved. Definition of a concept of strategic appeal of the enterprise for his inclusion in structure of the integrated structure within which it is offered to understand the concrete condition of the main characteristics of activity of the enterprise providing performance of the purposes of functioning of the integrated system in long-term (strategic) term is given. The system of internal and external characteristics of activity of the enterprise for assessment of his strategic appeal in the conditions of implementation of integration processes is offered and proved. This system includes assessment of all subsystems of activity of the enterprise and also assessment of appeal of branch of basing, for the purpose of identification of favorable impact of factors of the environment on formation of sufficient volume of own financial and investment resources necessary for development and ensuring performance of a strategic objective of functioning of the integrated structure.
