Оцінка кадрового потенціалу локомотивного депо

Abstract

UA: В статті отримала подальший розвиток методика оцінки кадрового потенціалу служби залізниці для застосування у локомотивному депо шляхом доповнення системи показників коефіцієнтами стану здоров’я та фізичної працездатності. Це дозволить більш точно оцінити кадровий потенціал локомотивного депо. Виконано розрахунки за матеріалами Краснолиманського локомотивного депо за 2012 – 2016 роки, проаналізовано причини зміни його кадрового потенціалу. EN: In the article existing methodology of estimation of level of personnel potential of a department of railway has been improved for locomotive depot, taking into account specific character of locomotive depot activity (realizing of transportations and repairs of locomotives). This specific character requires from the workers (locomotive brigades and repairmen of locomotives) to be healthy, lusty and to have high working capacity. Therefore the system of indices of estimation of locomotive depot”s personnel potential has been complemented by two indices (describing physiology constituent of personnel potential potential of depot): by the coefficient of staff”s health and by the coefficient of physical working capacity. It allows to estimate the level of personnel potential of locomotive depot more faithfully. Calculations of personnel potential level of Krasnolyumanske locomotive depot for 2012 – 2016 have been done, reasons of its change have been analysed.
