В дисертаційній роботі отримало подальший розвиток поняття «системне доопрацювання стратегії підприємства». Уточнено місце системного доопрацювання в процесі обґрунтування стратегічних альтернатив і вибору стратегії підприємства. Узагальнено та систематизовано результати досліджень Ансоффа І. із системного доопрацювання стратегії підприємства і представлено у вигляді алгоритму. Удосконалено процес системного доопрацювання стратегії АТП. Розроблено методичні основи визначення меж стадій життєвого циклу окремих видів бізнесу. Обґрунтовано показники стратегічної гнучкості АТП, запропоновано методичний підхід до її оцінки. Отримала подальший розвиток класифікація типів синергізму окремих видів бізнесу АТП, удосконалено метод його оцінки. Розроблено модель реалізації процесу системного доопрацювання стратегії АТП. The position of the system updating in the process of the strategic alternatives analysis and choice the strategic of the enterprise development has been proved. The results of the Ansoff’s research about the realization of the system updating of the enterprise strategy have been generalized and systematized and represented in the form of the algorithm. The process of the system updating of the auto transport enterprise strategy has been improved. The method of determination of the borders of stages of the life’s cycle of the particular kinds of businesses is developed. The factors of the strategic flexibility of the auto transport enterprise have been proved. The method of the evaluation of the strategic flexibility of the auto transport enterprises has been offered. The classification of kinds of the synergism of the particular kinds of businesses in the auto transport enterprises has got the further development. The method of the evaluation of synergism of the particular kinds of businesses on the basis of the fuzzy multitude theory elements has been improved. The model of the realization of the system updating of the auto transport enterprise strategy has been built.
