UA: Міщенко С. П. Інноваційне відтворення основних фондів залізничного транспорту. - Рукопис. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). Українська державна академія залізничного транспорту, Харків, 2009. Дисертаційну роботу присвячено поглибленню теоретичних основ організації відтворювального процесу підприємств залізничного транспорту та наданню науково-практичних пропозицій з реалізації їх ефективної інноваційної діяльності. У дисертаційній роботі побудовано піраміду орієнтирів подальшого розвитку залізничної транспортної системи України та визначено перешкоди на шляху їх досягнення; встановлено складники конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту та фактори, які на них впливають; визначено фактори, що впливають на виробничий потенціал ПЗТ; викладено підхід до відтворення рухомого складу, виходячи з особливостей залізничного транспорту; означено складові процесу відтворення рухомого складу ПЗТ; досліджено існуючі моделі інноваційних процесів, удосконалено модель інноваційного процесу залізничного транспорту; розроблено методологічні засади оцінки розвиненості інноваційної складової процесу відтворення рухомого складу ПЗТ; обґрунтовано необхідність створення інноваційної системи залізничного транспорту та розкрито заходи, які уможливлюють це; обґрунтовано необхідність та означено цілі реструктуризації ПЗТ з метою інноваційного розвитку; удосконалено організаційну структуру управління інноваційною діяльністю ПЗТ та розроблено заходи комплексного розвитку інноваційної системи залізничного транспорту на галузевому та державному рівнях. The thesis for obtaining the academic grade of candidate in economical sciences in speciality 08.00.04 – economics and management of enterprises ( according the forms of economic activities and work ). Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport, Kharkiv, 2009. The thesis work is dedicated to getting a deeper development of theoretical principles in reproducing process organization of railway transport enterprises and attaching of scientific and practical propositions with regard to realization of effective innovational activity. In this thesis work the pyramid of orientation points for further development of railway transport system in Ukraine is built and the obstacles on the way to obtain these points are determined; the components of ability to competition for railway transport and factors having an influence on ones are fixed; the factors that make an influence on producing potential of railway transport enterprises ( RTE ) are determined; the approach to the reproducing of basic funds on the basis of railway transport peculiarities is represented; the components of reproducing process for basic funds of railway transport enterprises are pointed out; the existing models of innovational processes are investigated; the model of innovational process for railway transport is subjected to improvement; the methodic of the innovational component development state for the basic funds reproducing process of RTE is proposed; the necessity for innovational system creation of railway transport is well grounded and the steps make this possible are highlighted; the necessity is grounded and the aims to restructure RTE with the intentions of innovational development are pointed out; the organizational structure of RTE innovational activities management is improved and the activities for complex development of innovational system in railway transport on the branch and State levels are worked out.
