Роботу присвячено формуванню, ефективної організації та управлінню системою промислового залізничного транспорту на основі принципів логістики в умовах формування єдиної технології та єдиного інформаційного середовища ВАТ «Київ-Дніпровське МППЗТ». В роботі проведено аналіз досвіду та тенденцій розвитку при організації роботи промислового залізничного транспорту, здійснено дослідження технологічних показників, що найбільш істотно впливають на технологію функціонування підприємств промислового залізничного транспорту. Формалізовано процес динамічного перерозподілу локомотивів за рахунок обґрунтуванння територіального розміщення баз резерву маневрових локомотивів ВАТ «Київ-Дніпровське МППЗТ». Вперше запропоновано сформувати модульну логістичну систему ВАТ «Київ-Дніпровське МППЗТ» на базі комплексу моделей математичного програмування при організації перевезень за різними, найбільш характерними технологічними схемами. Для підвищення ефективності управління системою ППЗТ розроблено комплекс задач та структуру корпоративної інформаційно-керуючої системи для реалізації процесу управління по рівнях ієрархії ВАТ «Київ-Дніпровське МППЗТ», а також здійснено оцінку ефективності впровадженя логістичної технології функціонування промислового залізничного транспорту в умовах ВАТ «Київ-Дніпровське МППЗТ». Dissertation of Ph.D. competitor on speciality 05.22.01 – the transport systems; Ukrainian state academy of railway transport; Kharkov, 2009 The thesis is devoted to forming, effective organizing and managing of the industrial railway transport system on the basis of principles of logistic in the conditions of forming of single technology and single informational environment of the JSC «Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT». In this thesis the analysis of experience and progress trends due to organization of industrial railway transport operation is done, the researches of technological factors which is influenced the most substantial appearance on technology of functioning industrial railway transport are carried out. The process of dynamical relocation of locomotives due to the ground of the territorial allocation of bases of reserve of shunting locomotives has been formalized. It is first suggested to form the modular logistical system of JSC «Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT» on the base of the complex of mathematical programming models during organizing of transportations according to different, the most common technological charts. For the increasing of management efficiency of system of PPZT (enterprises of access ways of railway transport) the complex of tasks and structure of the corporate informational-control system for realization of process of management on the levels of hierarchy of JSC «Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT» is developed, and also the efficiency estimation of introduction of logistical technology of functioning of industrial railway transport in the conditions of JSC «Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT» is carried out.
