Удосконалення конструкції систем регулювання швидкості дизель-поїздів

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню актуальної науково-практичної задачі – поліпшенню паливної економічності дизель-поїздів за рахунок удосконалення конструкції систем регулювання швидкості. Науково обґрунтована можливість поліпшення характеристик функціонування систем регулювання швидкості дизель-поїздів за рахунок удосконалення конструкції передаточних важільних механізмів. Розроблені функціональні схеми систем регулювання швидкості ДП, що експлуатуються на мережі залізниць України, та кінематична схема механізму управління регулятором частоти обертів дизеля М756Б. Отримано єдине математичне описання закономірностей руху ланок складного кінематичного ланцюга механізму управління регулятором частоти обертів дизеля силової установки. На основі результатів оптимізаційних досліджень запропонований варіант модернізації системи регулювання швидкості, впровадження якого забезпечує поліпшення експлуатаційної паливної економічності дизель-поїздів ДР1А, що експлуатуються в режимі приміського сполучення. Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual scientific–practical task – to the improvement fuel economy of diesel-trains at the expense improvement of construction of driving lever gears. It’s the scientific well-grounded possibility of improvement of characteristic of functioning of the system of regulation of diesel - the trains’ DR1A speed at the expense improvement of construction of driving lever gears. It is elaborated functional chart of the system of regulation of speed and kinematics charts of its driving gears. It is received united mathematical description of regularities of motion of section of complex kinematics chain of mechanism of management by the regulator of frequency of rotations of diesel of power-plant. On the basis of the optimization researches results it is proposed variant of modernization of the system of regulation of speed. Its introduction guarantees supply of the improvement of exploitation fuel economy diesel - the trains DR1A, which are exploited in the mode of local join.
