Ресурсний потенціал підприємств залізничного транспорту як базис стійкого зростання

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено сутність ресурсного потенціалу підприємств, подано коротку характеристику ресурсного потенціалу залізничного транспорту та визначено головні проблеми, що знижують ефективність використання ресурсів та функціонування підприємств галузі. Обґрунтовано ключові шляхи забезпечення розвитку ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту в контексті його фундаментального значення в процесах економічного зростання залізничної галузі. EN: The article examines the nature of the resource potential of enterprises, defined the main approaches to the interpretation of the resource potential. The expediency definition of the resource potential as a combination of resources of all types of enterprise, as well as those that can attract in the future, and ways of their connection, taking into account their target and quality characteristics that ensure realization of its operations and effective use of which allows in the longer term to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Presents a short description of the resource potential of the railway transport and defined the main problems, which reduce the efficiency and functioning of the enterprises. The key way of ensuring the development of the resource potential of the enterprises of a railway transportation in the context of its fundamental importance in the process of economic growth of the railway industry.
