Антикризове регулювання як основа стабілізації економіки України

Abstract

UA: Актуальність проблематики даної статті в сукупності з недостатністю розробки проблеми подолання сучасної світової економічної кризи обумовили формулювання мети дослідження. У статті проаналізовано сутність та функції державного антикризового регулювання з огляду на потребу забезпечення економічного розвитку; обґрунтовано необхідність орієнтації антикризового регулювання економіки на реалізацію стратегії економічного розвитку в умовах світових економічних криз, враховуючи світовий досвід розвинутих країн; сформульовані рекомендації щодо форсування економічного зростання України внаслідок виходу на новий інноваційний рівень після кризи шляхом формування стратегії економічного розвитку. EN: The crisis of the modern market economy arose because of the world economy at the turn of the century through the growth of production socialization in the national and international level. Events in Ukraine are closely linked with the General course of development of the world economy. Modernity has put before the governments of most countries, including Ukraine, the necessity of taking urgent measures to prevent the destructive impact of the global financial crisis on the economy. The relevance of the theoretical development of the problems of anti-crisis regulation of the economy, the need overcoming the crisis state of economy in conditions of the need for stable development of the economy and the relevance of search of new approaches to the strategy and tactics to overcome the economic crisis led to the choice of issues of this degree research. The relevance of the designated problems in conjunction with the failure of the development problems of overcoming the current global economic crisis led to the formulation of the objectives of the study. The purpose of the study of theoretical and practical study of the importance of the world experience of anti-crisis regulation and the possibility of borrowing in Ukraine. Establishment of an integrated system of anti-crisis regulation in Ukraine based on international experience, allow the thesis put the following tasks: - to analyze the essence and functions of the state anti-crisis regulation taking into account the need for economic development;- to substantiate the necessity of orientation of anti-crisis regulation of the economy on implementation of strategy of economic development in conditions of world economic crises, taking into account the world experience of developed countries; - to develop recommendations for boosting economic growth in Ukraine due to release on new innovative level after the crisis by forming a strategy of economic development.
