Реформування залізничної галузі: додаткові можливості та загрози її економічній безпеці

UA: У статті розглянуто основні проблеми та протиріччя функціонування залізничної галузі України, а також програма реформування залізничного транспорту, її мета, завдання та умови ефективної реалізації, визначено можливі позитивні наслідки виконання програми, проаналізовано загрози та ризики, що можуть виникнути в процесі реформування галузі та доведено необхідність врахування можливих перешкод на шляху до поставленої мети.
