UA: В даній статті розглянуто існуючі теорії визначення мотивів M&A, виділено найзмістовніші підходи до класифікації мотиваційних чинників. На основі проаналізованого матеріалу, сформовано групи мотивів для обох сторін угоди, що найбільше сприяють реалізації головної мети будь якого підприємця – отримання прибутку. Визначено суть кожного із відібраних мотивів, а також виявлено місце пріоритетності цих мотивів у здійснені угоди M&A.
