UA: В статті розкрито сутність стратегічного союзу, визначено причини та підстави для їх створення, окреслено переваги співпраці в межах стратегічного союзу та досліджено роль стратегічних союзів у забезпеченні ефективності діяльності залізничного транспорту. Визначені основні партнери залізничного транспорту для створення стратегічного союзу та окреслено особливості їх співпраці, а також конкурентні переваги, що будуть отримані в результаті взаємодії в межах союзу.
