UA: У статті розглянуто головні переваги дивізіонної структури управління підприємством та виділено основні принципи, на які необхідно спиратися сучасним підприємствам, при виборі такої організаційної структури управління. Відокремлено етапи формування дивізіонної структури управління та наведена їх характеристика, з врахуванням глобалізаційних процесів, що на сьогоднішній день визначають ефективний розвиток компаній, підприємств та інших організаційних структур. RU: В статье рассмотрены главные преимущества дивизионной структуры управления предприятием и выделены основные принципы, которые необходимо учитывать современным предприятиям, при выборе такой организационной структуры управления. Выделены этапы формирования дивизионной структуры управления и приведена их характеристика, с учетом глобализационных процессов, что на сегодняшний день определяет эффективное развитие компаний, предприятий и других организационных структур.
