Особенности организации работы складских комплексов в логистических системах в современных условиях

Abstract

RU: В статье рассмотрено место и роль складских комплексов в современных логистических системах. Предложены пути оптимальной организации работы складских комплексов, а именно пикинга, для оптимизации затрат логистичной системы. Определено, что организовывать работу склада должен профессионал, так как такой руководитель сможет оперативно устранить недочеты и «подтянуть» слабые места в функционировании складских комплексов. UA: У статті розглянуто місце і роль складських комплексів в сучасних логістичних системах. Запропоновано шляхи оптимальної організації роботи складських комплексів, а саме пікінг, для оптимізації витрат логістичної системи. Визначено, що організовувати роботу складу повинен професіонал, так як такий керівник зможе оперативно усунути недоліки і «підтягти» слабкі місця у функціонуванні складських комплексів. The ways of the optimal organization of the warehouse complexes, namely picking in order to optimize costs logistics system. Warehouse is not only a function of storage, but also servicing customers of storage services: approximation of stocks to consumption, the formation of the market range, the assembly of mixed cargo shipments and so on. Thus, the warehouse - the inherent link in the logistics system, which allows you to emphasize the strategic benefits: economic and service. Thus, the main task is to optimize warehouse logistics business processes of acceptance, processing, storage and shipment of goods in warehouses. Warehouse logistics determines the rules of the organization of storage facilities, procedures, work with the product and the corresponding processes for managing resources (human, technical, informational).
