Розробка інвестиційної стратегії розвитку національної мережі міжнародних транспортних коридорів

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено, що одним із найважливіших інструментів розробки та реалізації управлінських рішень щодо інвестиційної діяльності є інвестиційна стратегія. Доведено, що ефективним інструментом перспективного керування інвестиційною діяльністю направленої на розвиток об’єктів МТК та реалізації цілей для загального розвитку в умовах істотних змін макроекономічних показників, системи державного регулювання ринкових процесів, кон'юнктури інвестиційного ринку що зв'язаної з невизначеністю, виступає інвестиційна стратегія. Доведено, що інвестиційну стратегію можна представити як генеральний план по функціонуванню та розвитку інвестиційної діяльності в межах національної мережі міжнародних транспортних коридорів, що визначає пріоритети і напрямки, форми, характер формування інвестиційних ресурсів і послідовність етапів реалізацій довгострокових інвестиційних цілей, що забезпечують передбачений загальний розвиток МТК на території України. EN: The article defines that one of the most important tools for developing and implementing management decisions for investment activities is an investment strategy. The development and implementation of the investment strategy of the enterprise is to form longterm goals that are related to the realization of the purpose of the enterprise (from the standpoint of society, which is determined by the market) and profit for the long term; in determining long-term priorities in the implementation of these goals, the order of their achievement and possible financial and economic consequences for the company in case of deviations from certain rates. It is proved that an effective tool for long-term management of investment activities aimed at the development of ITC facilities and the implementation of goals for general development in the face of significant changes in macroeconomic indicators, the system of state regulation of market processes, . The investment strategy can be presented as a master plan for the operation and development of investment activities within the national network of international transport corridors, which defines priorities and directions, forms, nature of investment resources and sequence of stages of long-term investment goals. . The connection in the investment strategy of the system of goals and ways to achieve them determines the limits of possible investment activity and investment decisions in the areas and forms of its investment activities in the long run. The investment strategy used in railway transport can also be described as a system of formalized criteria by which you can assess your investment opportunities, model your promising investment position and ensure its achievement. The process of developing an investment strategy in transport is the most important part of the overall system of strategic choice, the main elements of which are the mission, the overall strategic objectives of the NMMTC, as well as ways of forming and allocating resources. At the same time, the investment strategy is in a certain subordination with other elements of strategic choice in railway transport.
