Abstract: UA: Проведено аналіз стану виробничо-господарської діяльності залізничного транспорту, який засвідчив поширення кризових явищ на підприємствах галузі. Розкрито заплановані АТ «Укрзалізниця» антикризові заходи і зроблено висновок щодо їх низької ефективності, особливо в контексті забезпечення сталого розвитку галузі на довгострокову перспективу. Встановлено особливості і зміст антикризової стратегії, визначено компоненти антикризової стратегії розвитку залізничного транспорту. EN: The analysis the state production and economic activity railway transport was carried out, which showed the spread of crisis phenomena at the enterprises the industry. In particular, there is a sharp decrease in traffic volumes and a deterioration in the financial results JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". It is established that in order to overcome the manifestations the crisis at the enterprises the railway industry, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine has created an anti-crisis headquarters to restore the sustainable functioning JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". As part the "anti-crisis plan" developed by the headquarters, they are trying to lay off a quarter the staff and carry out a "restructuring", which means the usual closure stations, depots and the termination of the work some regional divisions. It is concluded that the anti-crisis measures planned by JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" are low in efficiency, especially in the context ensuring sustainable development the industry in the long term. Taking into account the negative consequences anti-crisis measures implemented by JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", the issue developing an effective anti-crisis strategy for the railway industry, which in the modern economy plays a crucial role in ensuring long-term functioning and effective operation in a competitive environment, is being updated. The article reveals the essence the anti-crisis strategy as a system goals and a set measures to achieve them, which provide a transformation process aimed at identifying and eliminating the development imbalance and the consequences negative environmental influences that cause the loss dynamic stability of the enterprise (which is the basis for the crisis). It is stated that the anti – crisis strategy should be a comprehensive analytical model of the functioning railway transport enterprises in the conditions dynamic changes in the internal and external environment, aimed at achieving the ultimate goal-long-term economic stability and competitiveness. A systematic and progressive approach to the formation of an anti-crisis strategy in railway transport is proposed, which will ensure the growth of the economic potential of industry enterprises to ensure their sustainable development and competitiveness. The proposals and recommendations developed on the basis this approach will contribute to improving efficiency by reducing resource intensity, improving the quality transport services and developing social and economic responsibility.
