Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено підходи до визначення змісту та компонентної структури інтелектуального потенціалу, що дозволило відобразити його специфічні характеристики. Розкрито авторське визначення поняття «інтелектуальний потенціал підприємств залізничного транспорту», виділено його ключові складові. Охарактеризовано причини що негативно впливають на рівень інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту та знижують результативність їх інтелектуальної діяльності. Розроблено модель забезпечення розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту. EN: The article examines approaches to determining the content and component structure of the intellectual potential of railway transport enterprises, which made it possible to reflect its specific characteristics. The author's understanding of the concept of intellectual potential as a set of intellectual resources of railway transport enterprises created as a result of the transformation of human potential (natural and developed by investing knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies of employees) into innovative ideas and developments that will contribute to improving the efficiency of the functioning of industry enterprises and ensuring competitiveness and sustainable economic growth is revealed. Key elements in the structure of the intellectual potential of railway transport enterprises are highlighted. The article describes the reasons of organizational, investment, financial, technical and informational nature that negatively affect the level of intellectual potential of railway transport enterprises and reduce the effectiveness of their intellectual activities. This made it possible to present a model for ensuring their development, which determines the tools for the growth of the human and organizational and infrastructure component of intellectual potential and determines the results of its implementation to increase the efficiency of intellectual activity and the level of innovative activity of railway transport enterprises. It is proposed to consider the development of human potential in the context of improving the psycho-physiological qualities of employees, expanding their knowledge and increasing the level of motivation for intellectual work, organizational and infrastructure-to carry out by stimulating the creation of infrastructure to support intellectual activity and the formation of a system of corporate knowledge.
