Роль логистики как методологии развития национальной транспортной системы транзитных стран

Abstract

RU: В статье рассмотрен опыт использования логистики в качестве базовой методологии организации транспортной системы. Логистическая концепция организации транспортной системы позволяет не только сокращать затраты, но и дает возможность получения значительных конкурентных преимуществ перед другими участниками рынка. Логистическая интеграция разных видов транспорта позволяет повысить эффективность и перейти от конкуренции между видами транспорта внутри страны к конкуренции с глобальными транспортными компаниями на международном транспортном рынке.

EN: The article describes the experience of using logistics as a basic methodology for the organization of the transport system. Logistics is the basis of the through traffic management, based on the forecast of the market demand for goods and services, planning and management, accounting, analysis and control of the activities of departments of transport companies at all stages of transport. Logistical concept of the organization of the transport system can not only reduce costs, but also makes it possible to obtain a significant competitive advantage over other market participants. Logistical integration of different modes of transport makes it possible to improve efficiency and to move from competition between modes of transport in the country to compete with global transportation companies in the international transport market.
