Роль логістики як методології розвитку національної транспортної системи транзитних країн

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто досвід використання логістики в якості базової методології організації транспортної системи. Логістична концепція організації транспортної системи дозволяє не тільки скорочувати витрати, але й дає можливість отримання значних конкурентних переваг перед іншими учасниками ринку. Логістична інтеграція різних видів транспорту дозволяє підвищити ефективність і перейти від конкуренції між видами транспорту всередині країни до конкуренції з глобальними транспортними компаніями на міжнародному транспортному ринку.

EN: The article describes the experience of using logistics as a basic methodology for the organization of the transport system. Logistics is the basis of the through traffic management, based on the forecast of the market demand for goods and services, planning and management, accounting, analysis and control of the activities of departments of transport companies at all stages of transport. Logistical concept of the organization of the transport system can not only reduce costs, but also makes it possible to obtain a significant competitive advantage over other market participants. Logistical integration of different modes of transport makes it possible to improve efficiency and to move from competition between modes of transport in the country to compete with global transportation companies in the international transport market.
