Дослідження показників, пов’язаних з часом знаходження транзитного поїзда з переробкою на сортувальній станції

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто технологічну лінію обробки транзитних вагонів з переробкою на сортувальних станціях, здійснено статистичний аналіз основних показників на двох сортувальних станціях. Проаналізовано основні повідомлення в системі АСК ВП УЗ-Є для елементів технологічної лінії транзитних поїздів з переробкою на сортувальній станції з метою виявлення слабких ланок та недоліків, що спричиняють додаткові простої вагонів на станції. Запропоновано науковий підхід удосконалення технології переробки транзитних поїздів на сортувальних станціях шляхом його вартісної оцінки для умов станцій Основа та Куп’янськ - Сортувальний. EN: The works of predecessors in the field of automated control systems for railway transport are analyzed, the issues of structural complexity of systems of automation of technological processes of transportation, their current state and prospects of development are considered. The article considers the technological line of processing of transit cars with processing at sorting stations. Statistical analysis of the main indicators at two major sorting stations was performed. The main messages in the system of "Unified Automated Freight Transportation Management System of Ukrzaliznytsia" for elements of the technological line of transit trains with processing at the sorting station are analyzed and on the basis of these data the structural-logical scheme and table of message codes of elements of the technological line of transit trains with processing -In order to identify weaknesses and shortcomings that cause additional downtime of cars at the station. Recommendations for additional measures to increase the level of automation at technical stations and references to the calculation of the economic effect of the implementation of these measures are given. A scientific approach to the valuation of transit cars with processing for the conditions of "Osnova" and "KupyanskSortuvalny" stations is proposed. Based on the calculation of costs associated with the time of stay of the transit car with processing at the technical station in the i-th train for a certain period, a graph of the specific costs for one sent transit car with processing from the main indicators in the form of response surface to test the effectiveness of the improved system "Unified Automated Freight Transportation Management System of Ukrzaliznytsia". The analysis of statistical values of the number and downtime of transit cars with processing at "Osnova" and "Kupyansk-sorting" stations for the period from January 2019 to August 2021 for a more detailed analysis in terms of automation of technology for working with transit trains with processing under "Unified Automated Freight Transportation Management System of Ukrzaliznytsia" and to determine the relationship of the parameters of these stations using the correlation coefficient.
