Модель подготовки кадров в Украине

Abstract

UA: У даній статті авторами представлена модель підготовки кваліфікованих кадрів в Україні. Проблема є актуальною і доцільною в плановій і прогностичній діяльності у сфері освіти в умовах ринкової економіки. Визначено п'ять основних завдань, які передують побудові моделі. Виявлено основні компоненти потреби в кадрах.

EN: In this paper, the authors presented a model of training qualified personnel in Ukraine.
