Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто фактори, які впливають на ефективність та якість приміських пасажирських перевезень, проблеми розвитку і перспективні шляхи покращення існуючої системи організації приміських перевезень пасажирів України з урахуванням досвіду закордонних залізниць.

EN: The article examines the factors that influence the effectiveness and quality of suburban passenger traffic, problems and future development of ways to improve the existing system of suburban passenger transportation Ukraine on the experience of foreign zaliznyts.U current conditions before railroads Ukraine is an important task meet the needs of the population in traffic ensuring high service culture and reduce loss of passenger traffic, especially commuter. This is due to the fact that most suburban passenger services unprofitable, dynamic, socially sensitive and important for the population, social needs which are interlinked with pay. Suburban passenger most massive and accessible to the public, but due to low tariffs not efficient organization and a large number of very favorable traffic unprofitable. To reduce losses commuter traffic necessary to define priorities to enhance the functioning of the suburban sector, to develop new measures and tools improve technology organization of transport and passenger service.
