UA: В умовах конкуренції і вступу України до європейської спільноти особливого значення набуває завдання удосконалення оперативного управління експлуатаційною роботою з використанням динамічних баз даних як інформаційної та технологічної основи управління вагонопотоками на залізниці. Організація вагонопотоків у поїзди повинна забезпечувати не тільки задоволення потреб вантажовідправників, але й високі фінансові результати.
