Проектування додаткового обладнання до напіввагона бункерного типу

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процеси взаємодії робочих органів піввагону з сипкими вантажами. Метою даного дипломного проекту є модернізація піввагона бункерного типу, а також підвищення продуктивності конвеєрів-накопичувачів проміжних піввагонів і, як наслідок, збільшення продуктивності і функціональності всього поїзда. У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено: основні параметри модернізованого рухомого складу для перевезення сипких вантажів, проведено розрахунок нижнього транспортера: визначена потужність приводу, швидкість транспортерної стрічки при заданій продуктивності. Проведено розрахунок верхнього транспортера, встановленого на проміжному піввагоні, розраховані і підібрано елементи привода верхнього і нижнього транспортерів. Виконано тяговий розрахунок рухомого складу і підібрано тягові електродвигуни постійного струму. Проведено розрахунки на міцність елементів приводу транспортерів. Наведено огляд і аналіз машин для перевезення сипких вантажів, які застосовуються у будівництві залізничної колії, а також для видалення і перевезення забруднювачів. Виконано техніко-економічне обґрунтування удосконаленої конструкції потягу: проведено розрахунок балансової вартості базової та модернізованої машин, проведено розрахунок річної продуктивності машини і річних поточних експлуатаційних витрат, собівартості машино-години роботи машини.

EN: The object of the study is the processes of interaction of the working bodies of the open car with bulk cargo. The purpose of this qualification project is to modernize the open car of the bunker type, as well as to increase the productivity of the storage conveyors of the intermediate open cars and, as a result, to increase the productivity and functionality of the entire train. This qualification work determines the main parameters of the modernized rolling stock for the transportation of bulk cargo and provides the calculation of the lower conveyor (the drive power and the conveyor belt speed at a given productivity was determined). The calculation of the upper conveyor installed on the intermediate open car was carried out, the drive elements of the upper and lower conveyors were calculated and selected. The traction calculation of the rolling stock was performed and the traction DC electric motors were selected. The strength calculations of the conveyor drive elements were performed. A review and analysis of machines for transporting bulk cargo used in the construction of the railway track, as well as for the removal and transportation of pollutants, were presented. A feasibility study of the improved train design was performed: the cost value of the basic and modernized machines was calculated, the annual productivity of the machine and the annual current operating costs, the cost of the machine-hour of operation of the machine were calculated.
