Підвищення ефективності управління технологічним потенціалом підприємства

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління технологічним потенціалом підприємства залізничного транспорту. Мета роботи — обґрунтувати теоретичні та прикладні засади підвищення ефективності управління технологічним потенціалом підприємства на прикладі локомотивного депо та розробити практичні рекомендації щодо його удосконалення. У дипломній роботі проаналізовано сутність і структуру технологічного потенціалу в системі стратегічного управління підприємством, вивчено сучасний стан та динаміку розвитку потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту. Проведено діагностику організаційних, ремонтно-технічних і кадрових аспектів функціонування локомотивного депо. Розроблено комплексну методику оцінювання рівня використання технологічного потенціалу та запропоновано інтегральний показник ефективності. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності управління з урахуванням впровадження сучасних методів технічної діагностики. Робота має прикладне значення для вдосконалення системи моніторингу технічного стану локомотивного парку АТ «Укрзалізниця» та формування стратегічних рішень щодо модернізації.

EN: The object of the study is the process of managing the technological potential of a railway transport enterprise. The aim of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and practical foundations for improving the efficiency of managing the technological potential of the enterprise based on the example of a locomotive depot and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement. The thesis analyzes the essence and structure of technological potential within the system of strategic enterprise management, examines the current state and dynamics of the development of the technological potential of railway transport enterprises. A diagnosis of the organizational, repair-technical, and personnel aspects of the locomotive depot’s functioning has been carried out. A comprehensive methodology for assessing the level of technological potential utilization has been developed, and an integrated efficiency indicator has been proposed. Directions for improving management efficiency considering the implementation of modern technical diagnostics methods have been suggested. The work has practical significance for enhancing the monitoring system of the technical condition of the locomotive fleet of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and for forming strategic decisions regarding modernization.
