Удосконалення технології перевезення залізничним транспортом за рахунок впровадження інформаційно керуючих систем

Abstract

UA: Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування залізничних відправок. Предмет дослідження – формування архітектури інформаційного простору із визначеними пріоритетами. У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз роботи залізничного транспорту, виявлено систему обмежень яка полягає в реальному стані локомотивного, вагонного господарств та інфраструктури в цілому. Виявлена проблематика характеризує цифрове відображення основних показників роботи галузі, проте на фоні роботи автомобільного транспорту виявляє причину невідповідного стану інформаційної складової. Отримано аналітичні показники перевізного процесу, стану інфраструктури та можливість потенційного інвестування які визначають на даному етапі впровадження на базі існуючих можливостей. Визначено, що впровадження СППР дозволить оптимізувати всі оперативні рішення в межі компетенції експертної групи.

EN: The object of the study is the process of forming railway shipments. The subject of the study is the formation of the architecture of the information space with certain priorities. The qualification work analyzed the operation of railway transport, identified a system of limitations that consists in the real state of the locomotive, wagon economy and infrastructure as a whole. The identified problems characterize the digital display of the main indicators of the industry, however, against the background of the operation of road transport, it reveals the reason for the inadequate state of the information component. Analytical indicators of the transportation process, the state of the infrastructure and the possibility of potential investment were obtained, which determine the implementation at this stage based on existing capabilities. It was determined that the implementation of the DSS will allow optimizing all operational decisions within the competence of the expert group.
