Удосконалення пасажирських залізничних перевезень у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є система пасажирських залізничних перевезень. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі сучасного стану пасажирських перевезень у залізничних перевезень та розробці комплексної програми їх удосконалення на основі впровадження цифрових технологій, модернізації рухомого складу та інфраструктури. У кваліфікаційній роботі запропоновано комплексну програму модернізації пасажирських перевезень на базі залізничних перевезень, яка включає цифрову трансформацію обслуговування пасажирів, оновлення рухомого складу та реконструкцію об'єктів інфраструктури. Особливу увагу приділено інтеграції цифрових платформ, оптимізації графіків руху за допомогою алгоритмів штучного інтелекту та впровадженню електронних систем бронювання та моніторингу пасажиропотоку. Сформовано модель оцінки ефективності функціонування пасажирських перевезень, що враховує коефіцієнти використання рухомого складу, рівень задоволеності пасажирів, доходи від перевезень та витрати на обслуговування. Доведено, що модернізація, орієнтована на цифровізацію та оновлення матеріально-технічної бази, дозволяє суттєво підвищити якість транспортних послуг, забезпечити конкурентоспроможність залізничного транспорту та сприяти соціально-економічному розвитку регіону.

EN: The object of the study is the passenger railway transportation system in the Kharkiv Directorate of Railway Transportation. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of passenger transportation in the Kharkiv Directorate of Railway Transportation and develop a comprehensive program for their improvement based on the implementation of digital technologies, modernization of rolling stock and infrastructure. The qualification work proposes a comprehensive program for the modernization of passenger transportation based on the Kharkiv Directorate of Railway Transportation, which includes the digital transformation of passenger service, updating of rolling stock and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital platforms, optimization of traffic schedules using artificial intelligence algorithms and the implementation of electronic reservation systems and monitoring of passenger flow. A model for assessing the efficiency of passenger transportation has been developed, which takes into account the coefficients of rolling stock utilization, the level of passenger satisfaction, transportation revenues and maintenance costs. It has been proven that modernization focused on digitalization and updating of the material and technical base allows to significantly improve the quality of transport services, ensure the competitiveness of railway transport and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.
