До питання забезпечення безпеки руху у пасажирському господарстві

Abstract

UA: У роботі розглянуто основні чинники, які впливають на стан безпеки руху у пасажирському господарстві АТ «Укрзалізниця». Проведено аналіз розподілу парку пасажирських вагонів за віком та, враховуючи коливання пасажирообігу, визначено середньорічну потребу у придбанні нових вагонів. Доведено, що стан спрацювання пасажирських вагонів досяг критичної позначки. У зв'язку з обмеженням фінансування в «Укрзалізниці» на придбання нового рухомого складу в потрібній кількості та вилученням вагонів, термін служби яких вичерпано, кількість вагонного парку неухильно зменшується. Це може призвести до проблем із забезпеченням наявним рухомим складом пасажирських перевезень. У результаті дослідження отримано залежності зміни кількості транспортних подій, віднесених на пасажирське господарство. Доведено, що питома кількість транспортних подій, що припадає на 100 тис. перевезених пасажирів, незважаючи на коливання кількості рухомого складу та пасажирообігу, останніми роками має тенденцію до збільшення. Отримано залежності зміни параметра потоку відмов пасажирських вагонів у розрахунку на 1 млн пас. км. Проведено аналіз причин, які викликають транспортні події, та досліджено динаміку їх зміни. Визначено, що переважна більшість відмов пасажирських вагонів спричинена відмовами роликових букс та автоматичних гальм. Ще однією важливою причиною є саморозчеплення автозчепів. Особливу увагу приділено відмовам колісних пар. Досліджено основні причини, що викликають позапланові заміни колісних пар. Визначено напрямки основних заходів щодо підвищення безпеки руху у пасажирському господарстві АТ «Укрзалізниця». EN: The main factors influencing the state of traffic safety in the passenger economy are considered in the work. It is determined that the state of operation of passenger cars has reached a critical level. The number of car fleets is also steadily declining. For the period 2018-2019, the passenger’s turnover performed by railway is approximately 36% of the total passenger’s turnover of all kinds of transport, including public transport. To meet the need for passenger traffic, the wagon park must be systematically updated. The number of car fleets is also steadily declining. In the future, the situation with passenger traffic may become critical due to the shortage of cars. Due to the limited purchase of new passenger cars in the required quantity to prevent the reduction of the inventory, the directions for extending the standard service life of cars are stipulated. The dependences of the change in the number of transport events attributed to the passenger economy are obtained. It is proved that in recent years the specific number of traffic accidents per 100 thousand transported passengers, remains virtually unchanged, despite fluctuations in the number of rolling stock and passenger. The analysis of the reasons causing transport events is carried out and dynamics of their change is investigated. It is determined that the main reasons for the failure of the elements of passenger cars are axle boxes with rolling bearings and automatic brakes. With the general decrease in the number of wagons sent to the voyage, the number of wheelsets changed proportionally did not decrease, and the ratio of the number of unscheduled wheelsets to wagons sent on the contrary increased. It is established that the main reason for replacement is the formation of thermal meshes cracks on the rolling surface of the wheels. Organizational and technical measures to increase the reliability of passenger cars are proposed.
