Implementation of green logistics principles in the activities OF Nova Poshta llc based on international experience

Abstract

EN: The object of the research is the processes of managing the logistics activities of an enterprise under the conditions of implementing the principles of sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical foundations for forming an environmentally oriented logistics strategy aimed at improving the efficiency of the supply chain and reducing the negative environmental impact of logistics operations. The qualification thesis investigates the theoretical foundations of green logistics, global trends in decarbonizing transport and logistics systems, and approaches used by international companies to green their supply chains. A comprehensive analysis of the logistics activities and environmental practices of Nova Poshta LLC is conducted, the scale of its environmental impact is assessed, and key challenges and opportunities for implementing environmentally oriented solutions are identified. A set of practical measures is proposed for developing an environmentally oriented logistics strategy for the enterprise, including route optimization, the use of electric transport, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies at logistics terminals, the development of ecological packaging, and the improvement of ESG reporting systems.

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства в умовах реалізації принципів сталого розвитку. Метою дослідження є розроблення теоретичних і практичних засад формування екологічно орієнтованої логістичної стратегії підприємства, спрямованої на підвищення ефективності ланцюга постачання та зниження негативного впливу логістичних операцій на навколишнє середовище. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи «зеленої» логістики, світові тенденції декарбонізації транспортно-логістичних систем та підходи міжнародних компаній до екологізації ланцюгів постачання. Проведено комплексний аналіз логістичної діяльності та екологічних практик ТОВ «Нова Пошта», оцінено рівень її впливу на довкілля та визначено ключові проблеми і можливості впровадження екологічно орієнтованих рішень. Запропоновано комплекс практичних заходів щодо формування екологічно орієнтованої логістичної стратегії підприємства, що включає оптимізацію маршрутів перевезень, використання електротранспорту, впровадження енергоефективних технологій на логістичних терміналах, розвиток екологічної упаковки та удосконалення системи ESG-звітності.
