Удосконалення інформаційно-керуючої системи залізниць в умовах інтероперабельності

UA: У статті досліджуються питання удосконалення інформаційно-керуючої системи залізниць в умовах інтероперабельності за рахунок формування дворівневої структури ІКС для управління функціонування МТК на стратегічному та тактичному рівнях при взаємодії різних рівнів управління поїздопотоками країн-учасниць перевізного процесу.

EN: This research paper examines the issues of improving information management system (IMS) of railways in terms of interoperability due to the formation of a two-tier structure of the ICS to manage the operation of the IMS at the strategic and tactical levels between the different levels of government flows trains countries participating in the transportation process. It is proved that the implementation of the requirements of interoperability when using IMS allows flexible control technology flows trains international transport corridors through the basic tasks associated with the order or change the route of destination and bandwidth management.
