Теоретичні аспекти формування та використання інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто важливість людського розвитку для забезпечення сталого зростання країни. Визначено, що в умовах постіндустріального суспільства та поширення економіки знань концепція людського розвитку й використання інтелектуальних ресурсів набуває особливої актуальності для забезпечення економічного зростання суб’єктів господарювання та базису формування їх конкурентних переваг. Досліджено сутність поняття інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств та визначено основні його складові. Сформовано комплекс мотиваційних заходів розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту.

EN: The article considers the importance of human development to ensure sustainable growth of the country. It is determined that in the conditions of post-industrial society and the spread of the knowledge economy, the concept of human development and the use of intellectual resources becomes particularly relevant for ensuring economic growth of economic entities and the basis for the formation of their competitive advantages. The essence of the concept of intellectual potential of enterprises is investigated and its main components are determined. A complex of motivational measures for the development of the intellectual potential of enterprises of railway transport has been formed.
