Робота присвячена питанням удосконалення методів оцінки ефективності експлуатаційних випробувань тепловозів в умовах локомотивного депо. Проведено аналіз існуючих методів оцінки надійності та паливної економічності тепловозів. Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності врахування для оцінки ефективності витрати на дизельне паливо, оливу та на ремонт. Крім того, потрібна оцінка екологічної складової ефективності. Удосконалена технологія проведення експлуатаційних випробувань та проведено випробування на ефективність електронних регуляторів частоти обертання колінчатого валу та потужності дизель-генераторів різних конструктивних особливостей та різних серій тепловозів в різних локомотивних депо Південної та Одеської залізниць. Запропонований інтегральний коефіцієнт ефективності та отримано залежність динаміки його змін по місяцях року. Коливання цього коефіцієнту мають значення від 0,85 до 2,8% по місяцях за рік. Work is devoted improvement of methods of an estimation of efficiency of operational tests of diesel locomotives in the conditions of locomotive depot. The analysis of existing methods of an estimation of reliability and fuel profitability of diesel locomotives is resulted. The conclusion is drawn on necessity to consider for an estimation of efficiency of an expense for diesel fuel, oil and repairs. Besides, it is necessary to consider an ecological component of efficiency of introduced actions for power savings. The technology of carrying out of operational tests is improved and are spent, in the conditions of depot, test for efficiency of electronic regulators of frequency of rotation of cranked shaft, and capacity of diesel engines-generators of various designs domestic, and foreign manufacture on different series main, and shunting diesel locomotives on Southern, and Odessa the railways. It is offered to apply a statistical estimation of realization of key parameters and characteristics of diesel engines-generators by transformation of random variables and construction of histograms of distributions with use of the determined dependences. The integrated effectiveness ratio of operation considering expenses for diesel fuel, oil and repair with an additional estimation of an ecological component is offered. Dependences of dynamics of change of expenses on months of year and value of factor in limits from 0,85 to 2,8 % on a month of year are received. Besides, analytical and graphic dependences relative turns cranked shaft of a diesel engine from volume of performed work and corresponding values of indicators of use are received. The method of contactless remote definition of temperature of final gases of a diesel engine on heating of hatches temperature a final receiver is finished, analytical dependences of density of distribution of values before introduction of power saving up technologies are received. Operational tests of additives to diesel fuel of type FP4000 of company FirePower and additives to diesel fuel and oil of firm Adioz in locomotive depots Osnova, Lozovaja and Kharkov-sorting the Southern railway and in locomotive depot Odessa- sorting of the Odessa railway are conducted.
