Abstract

UA: Ресторанний бізнес відрізняється від всіх інших видів бізнесу. Це підприємство, яке поєднує в собі традиції, механізми управління і досвід, філософію і економіку, а також психологію. В сучасних умовах функціонування сфери ресторанного бізнесу набуває все більш динамічний характер і справляє суттєвий вплив на розвиток національного господарства. Це, в першу чергу, пов'язано з впливом глобалізаційних процесів, що тягне за собою необхідність впровадження технологічних, інформаційних, управлінських інновацій в процес виробництва, і, як наслідок, зростанням їх інвестиційної привабливості. У зв'язку з усім вищесказаним, неминуче виникають певні складності у визначенні напрямів тенденцій розвитку ресторанного бізнесу. У даній статті розглядаються та аналізуються сучасні тенденції розвитку ресторанного бізнесу в світі та Україні.

EN: Restaurant business different from all other types of businesses. A company which combines traditions, management arrangements and experience, philosophy and Economics, and psychology. In modern conditions the activity sphere of the restaurant business is becoming more dynamic and has a significant impact on the development of the national economy. This is primarily due to the impact of globalization, which entails the necessity of introduction of technological, information and management innovations in the production process and, consequently, increase their investment attractiveness. At the same time, the attractiveness of the sector entails increased competition, which creates some difficulties in terms of the viability of enterprises of catering business. In view of the foregoing, inevitably there are some difficulties in determining the direction of development trends in the restaurant business. This article discusses and analyzes modern trends in the restaurant business in the world and Ukraine.
