Розробка методики прийняття рішення про видачу локомотива в рейс на основі аналізу його фактичного технічного стану

UA: В статті розглянуто питання управління передрейсовою підготовкою локомотивів на основі аналізу значень експлуатаційних параметрів відповідальних вузлів за допомогою електронного паспорту. Рішення про видачу локомотива приймається у разі, якщо фактичні значення експлуатаційних показників не виходять за межі значень нормативних, а умови майбутнього рейсу не призведуть до різкої їх зміни.

To ensure this condition at any one time is necessary to operate information on the actual technical condition of the locomotive. The article describes how to manage the pre-trip preparation locomotives based on the analysis of the values of operating parameters critical components with an electronic passport. Decision to grant a locomotive made in the case, if the actual performance values do not exceed the statutory and conditions of the intended voyage will not lead to a dramatic change them. Forecast of the technical state of the node in the operation carried out on the basis of the analysis of all previous values of the technical parameters of the actual value of the parameter at the current time, rate of change, depending on the operating conditions. The article concluded that the decision to grant a locomotive in route must be technically sound and based on the results of diagnosing the state of its nodes.
