UA: За допомогою системного аналізу у статті досліджено сучасний стан ціноутворення у будівництві, а саме на його початковому етапі - проектуванні. Розглянуто методи ціноутворення щодо визначення вартості проектних робіт в процесі розробки проектно-кошторисної документації. Визначено основні шляхи удосконалення системи ціноутворення. Запропоновано визначення вартості проектних робіт з урахуванням витрат праці, що не підлягають прямому кількісному обліку.
