Обґрунтування вибору оптимального варіанта організації швидкісного руху

Abstract

UA: Одним з важливих питань, які потребують розв’язання, є підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності та збільшення доходів від пасажирських перевезень на залізничному транспорті. Тому знаходження нових рішень для удосконалення швидкісних пасажирських перевезень є значущим для сучасної роботи залізниць. У роботі пропонується порушити питання комплексної оцінки ефективності різних варіантів організації швидкісних пасажирських перевезень. EN: One of the important issues that need to be addressed is to increase the level of competitiveness and increase revenue from passenger transport by rail. Therefore, finding new solutions to improve high-speed passenger traffic is significant for the modern operation of railways. One of the important indicators of the operational work of railways is passenger turnover. When analyzing the statistics of passenger turnover, it was found that in 2014 and in 2015 its number decreased compared to 2013, and in 2016 and early 2017 there was a tendency of growth in its volumes, therefore, the issue of organizing high-speed passenger traffic is significant. In this paper, it is proposed to consider the issue of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of various options for organizing high-speed passenger transportation. To substantiate the choice of the optimal version of the organization of high-speed traffic in the chosen direction, a problem with an optimality criterion is formulated.
