UA: Впровадження швидкісного руху є пріоритетним напрямком розвитку залізничного транспорту, і при цьому посилюються фактори діяльності працівників локомотивних бригад. Їх можна поділити на інформаційні та функціональні. Перші пов'язані з ущільненням інформаційного потоку, що змушує функціонувати на межі психофізіологічних можливостей, другі – з підвищеними вимогами до функціональної надійності. Пропонується комплекс заходів ергономічного характеру для їх компенсації.

EN: The introduction of high-speed service is a priority for the development of rail transport but labor factors of locomotive workers brigades are more difficult.. These factors show that the provision of the required reliability level and professional drivers in a high-speed movement is possible with the use of a number of additional measures for the ergonomic compensation nature.
