Організація мультимодальних перевезень зернових вантажів

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є процес організації вантажної та комерційної роботи на залізничних полігонах. Предметом дослідження є формування перевізного процесу із залученням автомобільного транспорту. У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз роботи залізничного транспорту, виявлено певну низку проблем та обумовлено їх як характер із наростаючим підсумком. До таких проблем в першу чергу слід віднести стан вагонного та локомотивного господарств та скорочення обсягів вантажних перевезень. Отримано аналітичні показники перевізного процесу, стану інфраструктури та характер потенційного інвестування в проект який не повинен бути значним. Визначено, що впровадження ступеневої маршрутизації із впровадженням СППР за рахунок залучення власних спеціалістів за колом зобов’язань дозволить оптимізувати оперативну роботу на фоні визначених проблем.

EN: The object of research of this work is the process of organizing freight and commercial work at railway yards. The subject of research is the formation of the transportation process involving road transport. The qualification work analyzed the operation of railway transport, identified a certain number of problems and determined them as a character with an increasing total. Such problems should primarily include the state of the wagon and locomotive economy and the reduction in the volume of freight transportation. Analytical indicators of the transportation process, the state of the infrastructure and the nature of the potential investment in the project, which should not be significant, were obtained. It was determined that the implementation of step-by-step routing with the implementation of DSS by involving our own specialists in the scope of responsibilities will allow optimizing operational work against the background of the identified problems.
